Trying to help other people will help you to take your mind off yourself, and you will feel good making a positive and useful impact to someone else’s life.
Being productive everyday; you can plan a positive future by setting short and long term goals, for instance someone who is unemployed may set long term goals to getting a job, but must set concrete tasks to do so.
